Weekly rates are reduced 5% for stays of 4 weeks or more, and 10% for stays of 8 weeks or more.
Rates include linens and towels, utilities, and firewood. We do not clean during occupancy, but can provide cleaning supplies and equipment.
Rates do not include the State of Maine Lodging Tax (currently 7%, subject to change).
Rentals of Harborfields Cottages are subject to Terms and Conditions
Pet Fee
You may bring up to two pets with an additional fee of $75 per stay, subject to adherence to rules (see Terms and Conditions).
Boat Dockage and Moorings
There is no charge for small boats such as kayaks or canoes stored on land when not in use. Boats stored at the dock or on a mooring are subject to additional charges, as outlined below:
- Small boats stored on the dock: $50 per week, or $10 per night.
- Small boats (i.e., 14 feet or less) tied to the back of the dock by a bow painter (e.g. dinghies): $200 per season, $25 per week, or $5 per night.
- Boats tied to the face of the dock (subject to availability): $7.50 per foot (length over all) per week, or $1.50 per foot per night.
- Mooring (subject to availability): $800 per season, $125 per week, or $25 per night, includes dinghy storage at the back of the dock.
Moorings for the 2013 season are $800, which includes dinghy storage at the dock, parking, and occaisional short-term tie-ups on the face of the dock.

Availability
During the peak Summer season, we generally only accept reservations by the week (or multiples thereof), with check in at 3:30 PM on the first Saturday of your stay, and check-out by 9:30 AM on the last Saturday of your stay.
Non-standard weeks are sometimes possible in the summer, subject to availability and a premium rate. Short-breaks also are sometimes available, often at special rates. Please contact us to inquire whether we might be able to accommodate your special request!
In the Spring and Fall seasons, our minimum stay is only two nights in Pine, Rock, Wharf, Shore, Terrace, and Hillside Cottages; three nights in Deck Cottage, 1780 House, and the Lodge.
