Terrace is perfect for a family of 4.

Living room-bedroom with woodstove, bedroom with two twin beds. Spacious Deck. With no steps and a larger bathroom the cottage is set up to be handicap friendly.

100 yards from the ocean and fishing and boating and swimming.... 100 yards from the best rope swing in the state of Maine!  Built in 1952, 544 square feet.

Really enjoyed our stay. Water views are better than advertised. Nice cozy cabin and great deck to sit out on. Quicker drive to downtown Boothbay than I had realized. Great location.

When I was reading reviews of Harborfields Cottages in preparation for our trip, I read that the pictures don't do the view justice, and that is the truth! The ocean view is beautiful. Our Terrace Cottage was clean and perfect for our needs, and the deck was the best part. Wendy even has a kayak and a rowboat to loan to guests, and my daughter and I saw great blue herons, cormorants, and even a harbor seal as we kayaked around the bay just off the back of the Harborfields property. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Rentals of Harborfields Cottages are subject to Terms and Conditions. A down payment of 25% of the rent is required to confirm a reservation; in the event of cancellation the down payment would be non-refundable unless we succeed in renting the cottage to someone else.

Pets are welcome, but with an additional fee of $100 per stay, and subject to additional Terms and Conditions.
